Lumos Infrared Sauna Studio is a family-owned and operated full-spectrum studio with locations throughout Central and Western New York. Lumos was founded by Rachel Bantelman-Evans with the support of her husband, Jordan, in January of 2019. Having both played Division I Collegiate Athletics in New York, Rachel and Jordan relied on infrared sauna therapy for several years to improve both their physical and mental health. Because the two found so many healing and restorative properties of infrared heat and chromotherapy, they became determined to share their experiences with as many people as they could.
